I have a hp laserjet 1300 and misplaced the installation disk. I went to hp.com to see if I could download it - but I don't seem to be able to find it. Is there a way to download the installation disk?

I have un-checked the power savings feature for all of my USB ports in Power Management and my USB ports are still being shut-down after a short period of inactivity. Re-booting does cure the problem, but very frustrating. Can anyone help?

I am trying to print to a local network printer while being remotely hooked to another pc using remote desktop. The network printers don't show up unless you edit the registry. I lost the procedure to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Daren

I have a dedicated printer with a custom form in it. Is there a way to make a defined custom form the default form & page size when the printer is selected so the user is not forced to change the Page Size? Or, an alternative question, Is there a way to only permit that

When i print from my computer to printer the pictures are ejected. I have been onto Epson but they have run out of ideas. The printer works OK when printing from memory cards and on other computers. I have tried reinstalling many times. new leads, different USB ports.

I have two XP computers, each with a printer. A wanted to network each printer with the other computer. One computer is shared fine the other printer. The other computer cannot find the shared printer name when browsing for a printer. What's up with that?
