when I try to send a fax I always preview my fax and I have never had a
problem, but now all I get is preview fax ( not responding) how do I fix this

Hi i am running an XP Home withut sp2. I cannot install HP 1020 laser printer
.. hardware vendor says its because i dont have sp2 , but hp customer support
says not to install sp2. can i add some dll files separately to the system32
folder????
