Is there a registry key where you can set the default location for finding fax cover pages? Or is there a way you set this anywhere in the Fax console options? Grateful for any advice.

I'm trying to add an Epson D68 printer via USB. However, when trying to run through the add new hardware wizard, it finished with the following error: The required section was not found in the INF. I've checked the printer ports and there is no USB port available.

Trying to add printer on another networked system. Things seem to go ok until 'Connect to Printer: You are about to ..... viruses or scripts.....' Enter "Yes" and "Windows cannot connect to the printer. The driver that you are trying to install is not compatible with Windows XP."

Supposing that I want to fax a letter accompanied by scanned documents. The logical thing is to - "print" the letter to the fax - "copy" (scan-and-print) the documents to the fax.

Is there any way to redirect an LPT port to a networked HP printer (HP4250TN to be exact)? Apparantly NET USE cannot be used in this situatiation since there is no UNC to the print queue on the printer.
