How do I set up a printer in XP that has a HP JetDirect card installed in
the printer?
I can't find a "jetdirect" port in XP, and trying the standard tcp/ip port
doesn't work either.

 In command line I use rundll32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_PrintTo "c:\test.bmp"
"PrinterName" to covert
c:\test.bmp file into a pdf document by using ADOBE PDF Covnverter

I'm using Windows XP Home SP2 and printing works fine in my (administrator)
account, but when I switch to the Guest Account it does not.  I have an HP
6110xi and when I use it's toolbox to print a test page in the guest account

Can someone tell me how to keep my HP2200 (parallel) from reinstalling again

Don't know if they're relevant but two items that might have some effect:

My wife and I share an HP 950-series printer/scanner/fax using a manual USB

I have had a Lexmark X125 as my document printer for years without trouble. A
few months ago, I added an Epson PictureMate.
Since then, I began to randomly get this error message: "Spooler subsystem
