When I try to configure for faxing, it asks me to insert XP disc 2, which I don't have. How do I get by this?

The settings on my computer were changed so that the printer only prints in black. The person who did this cannot remember how to change the settings back, and I have tried everything possible. E-mailed Lexmark and they advised checking the cartridges and printing a test page! ...

I need help about a software to manage fax in a lan, in and out. I used winfax but the interface user (not on the server) is not very friendly and useful. Anyone can suggest me another solution, maybe free or not expensive?
