It doesn't matter which colour I select to print envelopes in the result is always a sort of dirty red ! Printing a document is no problem- always in black. Help !!

When sending a fax to a specific faxxnumber, it will alsways fail (xp msfax). When using a fax machine it works fine used different modems and pc's and OS, makes no differance. Other people have the same problem to this faxnumber.
