When scanning from Win XP with my HP OfficeJet R45 scanner works on the
first attempt. When scanning a 2nd image windows report scanner not found. I
can still scan from control panel. This problem started since installing
SP2. If I restart the scanner works again for 1 image and ...

I have a Lexmark X75-no problems.  Just got an hp4215 all-in-one for
faxing--the Lexmark is my default printer, but now won't print documents.  
They are both connected via USB ports-is that a problem?  I uninstalled port,
printer, and driver, but no luck.

I just downloaded the software from HP web site.  Than I installed the
software on my computer running XP.  After installing I connected the power
cable and USB cable. My computer found the new hardware and installed.

I bought a new computer with Windows XP Professional pre-installed. When I
try to add FAX from Add/Remove I am asked to put an SP2 disk into D drive
but when I do this and click OK I merely get another message to put SP2 disk
in D drive. What can I do.
