but after a computer has printed, the connection still active instead of
behind released.
how can I disconnect a user after a print operation?

CAN I HAVE 2 COMPUTERS WITH WINDOWS XP SP2 EACH WITH THERE OWN INTERNAL MODEM
FOR FAXING, BUT HAVE THE INCOMING ARCHIVE FOLDER ON ONE OF THE COMPUTERS SO
BOTH COMPUTER WILL HAVE ACCESS TOO. I TRIED SHARING THIS FOLDER FOR INCOMING
FAXES, BUT THE COMPUTER THAT HAS TO ACCESS THAT ...

When dialing out on our phone system we are required to enter the phone
number, wait for a short pause, and then type in our access code.  I can't
figure out how to include the access code AFTER the phone number or how to
put a short pause between the two.

Just bought a LSDI series 4000 Line sharing device on ebay.. Works
great ! Will send fax immediately to computer for fax program on first
ring.
Problem is that I no longer can get the caller ID on any lines in house

I am trying to send a fax from the fax console, but I keep getting an error
that I don't have a fax printer installed.  When I go to the printer tasks
and try to install a local fax printer nothing happens.  

My Okidata 390+ worked fine on WIndows ME, but when I upgraded to xP Pro, it
now thinks the page is 10.25 inches long instead of the correct 11 inches.

Windows XP Pro and Laserjet 1300, when the printer is connected to the
computer, it continuously prints garbage.  When the printer is connected to a
different computer it works fine.  I have uninstalled the printer and
reinstalled with the same problem.

This should be simple but I am a novice.  .pdf files are not printing
correctly. It could be that my computer is programmed to open them with Adobe
version 5.0 instead of the 6.0 (French language) version I have installed on
