In some applications (WinFax and Internet Explorer so far, but not Word, Excel, WordPerfect and numerous others) each time I want to print I have to go into properties of the selected printer and choose A4 because it keeps setting 216x269 (which I think is letter).

Been trying to send a fax using a Calling Card. Fax appears to be dialing the recipiant fax number rather than the Calling Card Access Number. Been through the Dialing Rules help, troubleshooting and looked at Articles 318575, 820866 and 266253.
