i thought the black ink cartridge was empty but i replaced it and it still
wont print black ink. i cant find anything in control panel that seems to

I have an Apple Airport wireless router that successfully sends wireless

I just installed an old HP OfficeJet 500. Works well and I downloaded the new
drivers that'll work with Windows XP Pro.
After I completed the install, the bloody computer will display an message,
"Hardware Wizard Detected a New Device". Every time I boot up my computer.

I have managed to to get the pc to "see" my Xbox but the Xbox
wont pick up an IP address. Also, on the connection status on the pc,
it is showing a block on the "receiving" leg. Can anyone help.

It freezes up when printing. No error messages.  Event viewer shows 1001 and
1004.  Other programs will print, at least the ones I have tried.

After I give the print command, the job appears in queue with blank status.
Only after restarting (and with no intervention), the print job starts
automatically.
Downloaded new drivers from HP, didn't help.

I have configure the fax service -- but when I get to Start/All
Programs/Accessories/Communication/Fax and Fax Console.  Once I click on Fax
the box is [empty] there is no fax console to select.  What do I do now?  I
have DSL -- could this be causing the problem?  Any assistance ...

Customer just purchased a new Celeron computer with Win XP Pro.
We are trying to print from a DOS program to a serial network printer.
The computer gives a message "NET is not an internal or external command."

I have a XP SP2 machine, joined to the domain. I set the user with Power
User Right, but when I tried to add a network printer, it indicates that the
user does not have sufficent right to access the printer. After I upgrade the
user with Administrator Right, it is ok.
