I can't purge a document from my printer queue no matter what I do, and it seems to be blocking anything else from printing. I badly need to get my printer working. I have a W XP desktop and a MAC iBook notebook networked together.

After I give the print command, the job appears in queue with blank status. Only after restarting (and with no intervention), the print job starts automatically. Downloaded new drivers from HP didn't help.

Some users are getting an error message when they try to print to their network printer "you do not have permission to use this printer in Windows XP" This happens suddenly for no good reason after printing OK for weeks or months.

I have an old program that needs to print to my USB Printer. I've shared the printer using Net USE, and redirected LTP1 to the share. When I print something it stays on the print queue, it prints nothing, and stays on the queue forever, at least until I boot the computer.

I use windows search to find files ALL THE TIME, but the only way I've figured out how to print the results is to press the "print screen" button on the keyboard, paste it into windows "Paint" program, and print it from there. Is there an easier way?
