I have cancelled a document on my printer que, but it will not "go away".  
The message says it is deleting the document from the que, but it is still
there.
How do I permanently remove the document from the printer que?

I recently added a new network printer and have to install it on the user's
PC's.
Many of the PC's are shared amongst multiple user's.
How can I install the network printer on these multiple profile PC's only
