I am trying to print out a copy of an e-mail that I had previously sent with
attachments.  When it prints it doesn't show the attachment icons.  How do I
get it to print (Outlook 2002 SP#) out the e-mail showing the attachment

All aspects of fax works OK except I cannot preview the document before
