We just got Win XP.  We have an Okidata 320 printer.  Can't find right
printer driver that will let me define a page size of 8.5 by 7 inches.  The
Oki site has a driver download for a network environment, but we have a
stand-alone computer.

When I send faxes using Microsoft shared fax driver with the "Include banner"
box checked ("Send" tab in the device properties), the fax banner is created
using a random font.
Where could a desired font be set for the fax banner?
