When XP SP2 detects the printer on lpt1 and installs software,
it tells me an error occurred and a needed file could not be found.
It does not tell me which file.
As a result any and all files spool but don't print.

Our printer list often includes remote printers that have been
auto-configured and added to the printer list.  We are on a higher-end HP
computer running Windows Media Center 2005.  What triggers the automatic

I have a user who is experiencing trouble when printing to a networked
Ricoh 2051. When printing in any application, it errors and closes,
including explorer.exe (when printing a test page). She can print
successfully to any other networked printer. It's just this one

Am using the Fax program installed with Windows XP Home edition. When I ask
the program to " send " the dialing process begins but there then is an error
