I have tried everything - re-installing, replacing inks, cleaning head and my
printer just fires out blank pages. Any Suggestions

Working at a client site and their printers require username/pwd. I've
been given one.
I can ping the printers, so went ahead and added using "add new TCP/IP
port" in add printer wizard. Specified the correct driver also.

I posted this on another newsgroup, but it hangs every time I go to view it,
so I deleted it.

I use a calling card for long-distance service, including faxing from my
laptop. When I get to the point where I need to put in the long distance
number I am faxing to, the software insists on putting "1" before the phone
number, such as 1(555)555-5555. The calling card does not ...

I just moved the location of Archived FAXes to My Documents, thinking
that that folder is more likely going to be backedup.  Now the FAX
Console Image and FAX Viewer cannot locate them.

Not sure what happened but the option to send "as email attachment" is now
disabled in Word 2000. I can do it from the email program but would prefer
the shortcut of doing it directly from the document in Word.

of paper gets feed thru the Printer. How do I
