My boss is having issues with receiving faxes on his computer. It's late, and I don't recall what modem he has in his machine right now... I'm not sure if it's a hardware or software issue. I can tell you that his computer runs XP Pro and is up-to-date with service packs, etc.

My printer reads "print cartridge stuck.Clear jam then press o.k." I can't find anything jammed but the message is there and it won't print. The cradle seems to move fine, it goes back and forth but still won't work. Any ideas or thoughts on what is wrong???
