My boss is having issues with receiving faxes on his computer.  It's
late, and I don't recall what modem he has in his machine right now...
I'm not sure if it's a hardware or software issue.  I can tell you that
his computer runs XP Pro and is up-to-date with service packs, etc.

For the last week, I have not been able to view printer properties for any
of the printers I have installed on my XP machine. Clicking printer
properties just does nothing - no dialog or error messages. The printers

My printer reads "print cartridge stuck.Clear jam then press o.k." I can't
find anything jammed but the message is there and it won't print. The cradle
seems to move fine, it goes back and forth but still won't work. Any ideas or
thoughts on what is wrong???

When trying to install Status Moniter for my Epson Stylus Color 680 printer I
get the following pop up.
16 bit Windows Subsytem
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running
loss of printed matter on left sife01 Jan 2007 19:41 GMT1
I have attached three difference printers to my computer and all loose some
of the content on the left side.  Appears to want to print so close to the
left side that some of the document is missing.  Any suggestions?

I am working with a wireless network. I used to be able to print from my
laptop to our Samsung printer, then I began getting "Print Spooler" error
messages and now I get a Printer Path error message. I can print from our
other laptop and desktop. I even tried using a USB cable ...
