This morning, all my printer drivers are gone.  If I try to add a printer I
get this message "Operation could not be completed.  The print spooler
service is not running".  
If I go into my "services", I don't see my TCP/IP Printer service anymore.  

We have a computer on our domain that we've created a local account on.  We
want to be able to use a network printer.
First I tried to browse to the printer and I get a list of network
computers, but no printers.

the picture b+w prints but none of the writing which is in fancy print.

I would like to add a printer icon for my HP printer down by the clock in
right hand corner to access printer when on a page that has no print button.
I tried my PRT SC key on my HP laptop but nothing happened.

This is a new printer. It has been working fine for the last few days. Now
when a print is asked for it pulls the paper in unevenly (ie it pulls the
right side more than the left) so that the left hand edge of the paper in
crumpled. Any ideas how to fix it?

When the Print Spooler Service is active it uses 100% of the CPU. And with it
off I cannot add a printer. HP Desktop and HP printer.
