Hi everyone, well it seems a problem, I have two systems linked up, my
main runs xp pro, while the laptop xp home and they talk great, now
the main system has an external fax, and it's just a dialup modem, and

When I try to send a fax I get a message that the phone is busy.  Does this
mean that I need to disconnect from SBC DSL in order to send a fax?  I can't
figure out how to do so without turning off my computer.  Any help will be
greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

I am getting the exact error message in Windows XP that is described in
knowledge base article # 835272. However this article only applies to Windows
2000. Obviously this bug has carried over to Windows XP. Where can I get the

Hello all. I put together a Windows XP box to replace our aging NT 4.0
print server. After setting up a couple of test printers on the XP
box, I set them up as shared and set default properties. The two
defaults I changed are "Print on both sides" and "Print in grayscale".

How old is the print queue technology?  Windows has always seemed to have
problems clearing docs that have had a problem printing, or have been
cancelled in the status window.  Is there an easy way to clear a document?  I
have been waiting for at least 20 minutes for a one page ...
