How do I get my printing to restart when the "restart" does not work? What happened: ran out of paper so documents went into a printer icon that is in quick launch & now they won't print (of course, did put in more paper). Can't get refresh or restart to do its thing!

I have a webpage where a Wordfile is opened in a frame. My problem is, that I would like to print specific pages within the Wordfile. When I use ctrl+p, it's IE's print dialog that turns up, but I would like it to be Word's. Is there anyway to make it do that?

I can print normally from software on computer. But when I try to print from the internet it just prints computer code ???? I have just moved broadband providers - AOL to ZEN and so now use Internet Explorer.

Brand new computer requires a reinstall of printer drivers after every restart/shut down. Can this be fixed by me or do I have to return the computer? Advice greatly appreciated!
