why doesn't hp director work with IE7?

HOW DO I GROUP ALL MY PAGES AND SEND THEM IN AS THE ATTACHMENT?

Please, I need some help. I've tried to install printer cd, but it will not
let me. the message above is all i'm getting. I'm not sure what is wrong.

When I switch my computer off, my printer still seems to be on, with a light

I'm faced with the above error message on a WindowsXP Media Center
