It is my impression that printers connected to windowXP can print any font
that the computer can display as long as the font is a vector font, even if
it is a non English font.
Why do some printers have optional font pack for sale? Are they for non GUI

Here is an interesting problem.  I set up a workgroup in my home.  All
computers are running Windows XP SP2 with all the latest patches.  One
machine (I’ll call it X) has two printers connected to it and is running XP
PRO.

When printing a web page, sometimes a line is missing at the bottom of a
page. How does one prevent that from happening?

I have an old DOS programme that works fine on XP, but will only print if
the printer is connected directly to the PC. It won't print on a network
