i had the same promble.u have to go to hp web site to download the driver.you
have to put in your make of your comp.then upgrade to windowsxp2 .that will
bring you to the page to up grade all drives.this will help u.

I scheduled a fax to be sent 1 hour from present.  Then I wanted to send it
immediately.  I could not find a way to do that. Fax Console\Wizard  doesn't
seem to have a mechanism for changing the fax send time, after it has been

Today my printing is coming out odd, when I print something from
ThePrintshop22, lines print like steps, in 1/2 inch increments, a lines width
up and down and the text is up and down also. When I printed from Word2003 it
looked like it is printing twice so it looked like a shadow ...

I want them to come out in a specific order.
I have tried naming them a1doc, a2doc, a3doc so they would come out in
alphabetical order...but this does not work.

My printer disappeared from the printer folder.  When I unplug my Epson R300
and then plug it back in, windows detects it, but fails to install the
