I have this situation. User XYZ is logged on to computer. When that
person prints, the printer shows the owner of administrator. They have
a print tracking software, it then logs it as administrator also. This
is wrong, the printer should log the print as XYZ.

When I try and change settings from the laptop, I don't have all the options
available on the computer driver used with the computer/printer on main
computer, such as the option of printing on both sides of page.

A friend currently uses Cheyenne Bitware for faxing but he would like
something more up to date and better suited to some business use as he

The "Set up faxing" option under the 'printers and faxes' doesn't
display a fax after the option is selected. The option appears to run
