I tired to fax a document from MSWord 2003. When the Fax Wizard pops up,
after hitting next, I get the following message:
"Error message: Fax server information cannot be

How can I dump a print file (.PRN) to a printer that's connected via USB?  I
put a shortcut for the printer on the desktop, but when I drag and drop the
file onto it I get a dialog box saying "This file cannot be printed" or

Is there a way to set up Windows XP fax with my HP All-In-One printer so I
can receive faxes only via the PC and SEND faxes only with the All-In-One?
Since they are sharing the same phone line I'm not sure how to split these 2
functions between the 2 devices.

My wife's computer suddenly "lost" her printer. We cannot reinstall the
driver from the disk or from the Canon website. We get an error that says
