I have an HP 4050TN that i would like to print multiple copies of
single page documents from multiple trays.  I have tried setting the
preferences on the printer, at the aplication (word 2003 & quickbooks)
and on the computer.  I have not found the right combination of

I have a strange problem.
All users can access a printer depending which room they log in to.
Example if someone logs onto a pc in the Blue Room, the can print to the
Blue Room's printer. Simple! This is done by using a script at logon time.

I'd like to disable the HP "Digital Imaging Monitor" from the taskbar,
but you get a dire warning about buttons on the printer not working if
you do so. All I want is a printer that prints from within programs

My company has a Xerox 8830 printer which works fine with 32-bit XP OS.  
However, one of our designers obtained a Dell (Intel 64-bit) Workstation.  We
downloaded the 64-bit driver Xerox specified, set up the IP address of the
printer, etc, etc.

I have set up my desk top as the "server" for a USB connected printer and a
laptop.  However, I have to turn off the Microsoft Firewall on the desk top
for the laptop to be able to print.  I have checked shared printer on
