I get recipes off the Internet & I thoght a good way would be ti print to a file, however, I can't find the file in the folder after I print to file. Am I not using it properly?

I have windows xp and all the settings for the fax. I am on cable modem with VOIP....Voice Over IP. No matter how many times I set my fax console I can't get it to work. It always says the phone line was busy.

When using Internet Explorer broswer, printing from web site, I get about 12 pages of text instead of only 1 meaningful page. This problem does not happen when using Firefox, nor when I print directly from hard drive document. Printer is HP 4315. Dell B130 windows XP
