I cannot print messages received and when I tried to view printer after going through control pane priners and faxes and the view installed printers none appear,although using the same procedure I can view scanner. Please can anyone help.

a file was printed into a file (port FILE:) with an older hp laserjet driver. Now I have the output file, but this is no postscript. I know that it is possible to send this file with copy /b filename LPT1, but I don't have this printer.
