When using TCP/IP ports to print to a common printer, a user will get the message "Document failed to print" if the printer is busy. The document does print within a few minutes, when the current job finishes.

Using Windows Fax for XP SP2 and configuring the Addressbook to use Outlook contacts- I find the search order for names is "FirstName LastName" instead of the logical "LastName, FirstName".
