There are 2 printers installed on a PC. When choosing a document and printing, the printers are listed there. But in Settings - Printers & Faxes - no printers listed. What's really going on?

Every time I print a document (from any software) I get an info window in the lower right corner of the screen saying "This document was sent to the printer." It lists the document name, the printer's network name, the time and date it was sent, and the total number of pages.

I can send faxes out but I cannot recieve faxes in as I got the same landline/fax number. How do you suggest I rectify the matter so I am able to send and recieve faxesand make phones calls with the the same landline number.
