There are 2 printers installed on a PC.  When choosing a document and
printing, the printers are listed there.  But in Settings - Printers & Faxes
- no printers listed.  What's really going on?

I can send faxes out but I cannot recieve faxes in as I got the same  
landline/fax number.  How do you suggest I rectify the matter so I am able to
send and recieve faxesand make phones calls with the the same landline number.
