Help!  My black ink won't print, but my colored ink will?  I have a newer
cartridge with plenty of ink and it was working fine and now it is not.  How
do I fix this?  Tried resetting, unplugging, rebooting, pulled ink out and
put back in, etc.  Thanks!

We recently decided to install our fax.  It "appeared" to go off with a
hitch, however, we cannot receive faxes.  It is set up to answer after the
