Earlier today, I recieved the infamous "NT
AUTHORITY/SYSTEM" failure. It gave me 60 seconds and read
Remote Procedure Call service was terminated.
It happens every time I go online with my firewall

my computer shuts down every 5 to 10 minutes. I don't
know, what it is. I read some of the other messages in
here, and they say the same. I'm wondering what this is.
A little window opens on the screen, and it says 'Generic

RPC problem. System shutes down every 5 minutes. Error
comes up "originated by NT program. RPC terminated

My system shuts down every 5 to 10 minutes. It says that
the NT Authority System is shutting it down due to the
Remote Procedure Call. It also happened whiles i'm
onlines and i can't stopped this RPC. What do I do?

i keep getting this Remote procedure call error which
suts down my computer in 60 secs and it only occurs when
i am connected to the internet. i traced the problem to
remote administration but dont know how to slove it.

I know someone that gets on the Internet via Earthlink, then a minute or so
later gets the following message:
NT Authority System: remote procedure call terminated.
Then she is kicked off.
