When I make a folder on a server available offline on my notebook, the data seems to be transferred to C: drive. How can I get the data being transferred to D: drive?

Remote desktop from WinXP has work for months. It stoped working a few days ago and now upon connection it gives an "Error in data Encription" and a disconnect message. We have tried multiple servers with the same result.

Cannot connect to the other computer when they request assistance. This was working both from email and using msn messenger 6. Now A box comes up and says remote connection could not be established becuase the remote host name cannot could not be resolved, please try again.
