Can someone point me in the right direction
I would like to use Remote Assistance on an XP pro system
But I cant make a connection in Messenger I have tied through outlook
but the message we get is

Is Remote Desktop supposed to work in XP Home? I've tried
checking the System Properties, under the Remote tab, and
there's no box for Remote Destop, there's only one for

We run a software that is "supposed to" allow us to ftp
our daily reservations the internet. For whatever reason,
we have tried 3 machines now and all 3 do the same thing.

I've setup a VPN connection to my workplace.  Clicking
