Is it possible to connect to such a server with a windows XP client??
Or do I have to connect to the server using a windows2000 client??

When providing remote assistance how do I gain access to
the remote PC?  Cannot find where to allow remote control
during the session, is it in the invitation?  The remote
PC has remote control allowed in control panel.

A friend has a problem with her system rebooting every
couple minutes with the following error message -
