When providing remote assistance how do I gain access to
the remote PC?  Cannot find where to allow remote control
during the session, is it in the invitation?  The remote
PC has remote control allowed in control panel.

A friend has a problem with her system rebooting every
couple minutes with the following error message -
Windows must restart because the remote procedure call
service terminated unexpectedly.  Shutdown was initiated

Is it posible to create file sharing between to computers over the internet
One is on dial up and the other is broadband.

How do I set up a VPN server to allow remote VPN
connections to my server.

I understand the RDC is built-in feature in Windows XP. The built-in version
is 5.1. I would like to upgrade it to Ver 6.0, but I'm unable to do so. It
will prompt an error.

bar and also have tried the wizard and I can only connect on my local
connection. I believe I need to forward to port 3389. How do I do ...

I cannot figure out how to send a ctrl-alt-delete to the
remote session. Sending this executes it on my local
machine.    Does anyone have the secret to doing this?
