I can't set up a vpn network!  I have windows xp pro, and
both selections are greyed in when I try to add a
connection to a network (dialup and vpn).  It won't let
me continue, and I can't figure out what's going on.  If

I've tried numerous times to set up and dial my modem
using a calling card.  Each time the entire sequence of
34 digits dials in a continuous string without waiting

When I connect to my vpn, I loose my "internet"
connection.  I am not using ics, but am connecting

When I work remotely I see a drop down toolbar on the computer I'm using.
When I adjust the size of the window I lose the toolbar at the top. Is there
a way to retreive it?

When my father connects to my Windows XP Pro PC via
Remote Desktop connection, I have to log out on my PC in
order to let him log in.
Is there a way I can solve this problem?

I have set up a WEB access on my server.
I can access the server with Remote Desktop.
I can also access the WEBpage and it works fine, from the inside of the
network. BUT when I connect to the Web from the outside and fill in the

Can remote desktop be used in a homogeneous scenario with
only windows 2000? I'm looking to use this as an
alternative to SMS for remote control.

I noticed that last night an Anonymous login was listed in my security log
under Administrative Tools.  Does this mean someone has hacked into my
computer and if so, how can I prevent it from happening again?

I purchased an HP Ze5385us Laptop back in March.  When I
got it home it took me about 5 minutes to get the wireless
adapter talking to my Cisco Access Point and it worked
fine until this week.  I entered the WEP key type and

The first time it seems establishing the connection but at get error
