RDC from home to office has acceptable speed, even though tunneled through a
VPN.
Now need to access from outside the VPN, using RDC Web Connection, as the
other location has minimally configured XP Pro workstations for security

Is there a way to stop offline files from synchronizing on
log off ? This option is grayed out under folder options
so I immagine that this is something that will need to be
changed in the registry.

On my desktop PC, I'm using two monitors at 1024x768 resolution.
When I connect via my laptop, it ends up moving all of my desktop icons onto
one of my monitors (putting them back is a big pain in the a$$).
Is there any way to stop this from happening?

My boss uses Remote Desktop to take over his pc from home
each night.  In the morning when he returns to the office,
all of his desktop icons (he has about 30 desktop

i am having issues logging into my computer remotely. i
recently updated windows with windowsupdate. i am on a

OK, here's a good laugh for the night.  I know this has been answered
for many a times, however, I can't find the right answer.
I am running, RD on my home PC and I want to allow my daughter to

I get this error a lot when connecting to my XP Prof
Desktop.  I connect over a corporate LAN, both host and
receiver in the same domain......   The error dumps me
out remote desktop connection, and I have to reestablish
