When I try to invite someone through remote assistance,
it tries to connect then comes back with error message:
Remote Assistance Connection could not establish because
the remote host name could not be resolved please try

I am trying to connect to my laptop from my desktop pc.
Both are running XP Pro. Both have been set up to allow
remote access.
