I am trying to help a colleague of mine by using remote access, but when I try to get connected, the computer re-starts. I have even changed the service settings for RPC in services, without any luck. We are both running Windows XP on the same Domain. Any idea what is wrong?

I've been looking through the registry and gpedit trying to find a solution to this, but nothing has leapt out at me so far .... We have a dedicated internet machine at work which I use to RD to my home PC on occasion. We all use the same logon for that machine.
