I am trying to set up a VPN connection on an XP Home PC
but the VPN option in the new connection wizard is greyed

I can connect to all of my 2000 Servers using RDP, but I can't connect to my NT 4.0 server.  Do I need to install terminal services on the NT server?  I can connect to my 2000 Servers from the NT 4.0 server using RDP.
