Help..I'm going crazy here (smile). I've set up RA through the GP, but can not receive inviatiations to help others. Whenever someone sends a request for help, they receive a message which states the RA is not setup on my PC.

I am unable to RDP from my office (XP Pro) computer to my home (XP Home) computer. I receive error stating "client could not connect to the remote computer". I am using dsl via a usb connection.

In my Offline folder all the subfolders from the server disapeared, so all files lies directly under the Offline folder (root). Can someone help me what I can do? Cheers from Sweden

I have one workstation that recently stopped allowing Remote Desktop Client connections coming in from the Internet (through a VPN). If I'm on the LAN, it works fine. Other workstations in the organization still work

I use Remote Assistance a lot. I am tired of having to click on Help, then Tools, then Offer Remote Assistance. Anyone know how I can make a shortcut on my Desktop to go directly to the Offer Remote Assistance page?
