When I try to accept an invitation from someone requesting remote assistance, I get a message that says, "Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved." Any suggestions on what I need to do? Thanks!

H Is there any way to make the XP machine do a full log off when exiting from RDP. At the mo it seems to just go into a suspend mode, which also "suspends" some other services I have running (proper services not programs within Startup etc). These services remain in suspense ...

After a long time with no VPN problems it's all stopped working some time in the last week! I go "Start->network Connections->VPN" press the button on my mouse and nothing happens.
