We have a remote users and remote admin help. Both remote users can connect through VPN to a Small Business Server 2003 just fine. We now want to be able to connect from the remote admin to the remote user so that we can assist by viewing and controlling the remote user's PC.

When RDing via IIS and TSWEB, to connect is taking approval at the host end. Is there an option I'm missing to allow an RD session to start with no one present at the host end?
