I am starting a new thread on this issue.  I have observed many other
threads on this issue with no solution except possibly "reinstall" which I
regard as maybe temporary since my remote system was a fresh install.

I've been able to setup VPN.
I've been able to setup Remote Desktop Connections
I've been (at one location) able to 'tunnel' the RDC thru the VPN.

My home machine and my lap top both use XP Home version.  
I can't get Remote Desktop Connection to work.  Is the XP
Pro version needed in order to utilize Remote Desktop
Connection?

Trying to remote desktop from my office pc to home. (using web component and mstsc)
- both PCs are running XP
- remote desktop is enabled on home PC
- remote desktop works on home PC if I connect using a PC on the same LAN

I use the Remote Desktop mmc plugin on my Windows XP workstation to
administer over 300 Windows 2000/2003 servers that I am responsible for.
Is there anyway to sort the list of servers in the mmc window?
It is very difficult to find the server I need to connect to when this list

Personal Firewall in order to allow remote clients connect to the VPN
Server.  The personal firewall is running on the VPN Server machine and
seems to be blocking ports needed to establish VPN Connections.
