I need to get a VPN with my laptop to my desktop, to do

When I make a remote desktop connection to a windows xp
computer with name user "User1"  for example, it works
fine. When I use another user "User2" I get logged out

I frequently use 'Remote Assistance' and would like to create a Shortcut for either the Desktop or Start menu but have had no luck doing so.  It was added to 'Help and Support' as a Favorite but that can't be 'Sent To' anywhere.
