Is there a client for Remote desktop for xp home??

I'm having a problem with Windows XP Remote Desktop Printing to a local
printer from a remote session.  I've a Windowx XP Pro box with Quickboos
installed at the office and a Windows Pro box at home with a HP PSC 950
printer and Quickbooks installed.

Have invited a person to help me thru Remote Access.  When he answers the call, he gets an error that boils down to "remote host name could not be resolved."  My system is behind a router.  Could this be the problem, and what can we do to resolve this issue

I'm having problem connecting with remote desktop while my firewall (zone
alarm) is on. It does not promt me to accept connection from this
program...bu it works fine when my firewall in shuted down.
