Just recently I have started to experience a new problem
with remote desktop.
Scenario.....
Two pc's.

When I use remote assistance on my internal network my
take control icon is grayed out. I can only login to the
other XP machine and the other user doesn't get the
option to allow me to view them. They just get logged off

I am having problem trying to connect to my office PC using Remote Desktop.
When I try to log in to Remote Desktop I get an error message saying I don't
have permission to log on interactively.
I have checked that the user I am trying to log in as is added to the Remote

Is there a way while using a VPN connection to print to
the remote computer/printer I am working on?
Any help would be appreciated.

I use briefcase over a wireless network and often have to reboot the laptop
to get a valid list of files needing synchronization.  Not doing this can
cause incorrect file deletion.  At least briefcase warns you that it will do

Can RD be used as a user support tool?
Here's the scenario:  I am looking for a tool that can be used as a
user support tool for my helpdesk.  RD offers the ability to remotely
control another PC, but it seems that only one user can be logged in

Computer A is hooked up to an amplifier and speakers (it's an MCE box btw).  
Compter B does a remote desktop into computer A.  Can the user on computer B launch music playback on computer A to play through the amp connected to computer A?
