I am trying to use my Remote Assistance.  Everytime I click Invite someone to
help me a dialog box pops up and says, "Remote Assistance Failed. Try Again."
I also tried to install it from the microsoft site, but it will not install.

up to 2 users simultaneously to connect remotely to the server. XP
Professional  seems to only allow 1 simultaneous user to logon remotely. Is
