When trying to work with another user through Messenger, the other user requests Remote Assistance. I accept, but then get an error that says the other user's host name can't be resolved. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to set up remote assistance with a friend. I followed the instructions,but my E-mail didn't go through. I have my E-mail account with Yahoo and am using Internet Explorer. The bottleneck is in sending an E-mail. Both of us have SBC Global broadband. Any ideas?

I recently was switched to a Comcast customer after they bought out portions of my previoud provider. Since the new ISP came in, my remote desktop and FTP server I use between work and home has gone from about a 190 kbs.
