I have enabled Remote Desktop so that I can work on my
computer from a different location. I can successfully
log into my machine ONCE! If I log off and try to get
back in I am refused entry. Also, I have set the port in

Does anybody know a simple method to use another one PC working on the same
LAN? I'm using WinXPPro on my machine and this "another" PC is using

I've  read that gotomypc (or MS's remote access software) doesn't support
dual monitors.

Hi All;
I've just installed Windows XP SP2 (for my sins!!) and I can now longer get
Remote Desktop Connections to work over VPN sessions.  They still work on
the local LAN, but not remotly.  I have tried to turn the Microsoft Firewall

When working from home using remote desktop, the cordless
phone interrupts the signal to the wireless VPN
connection.  What setting can I change to correct this.

When I enter just my IP address from work, or enter just my DNS from
work, I get my Web page.
When I enter either the IP/tsweb or DNS/tsweb, I get my "Remote
Desktop WEb Connection" which if hit enter twice, it will take me to
